Anel Martínez is a neuropsychologist and sexual coach, mental health specialist and communicator, with more than ten years of experience in emotional and sexual wellness coaching. With her knowledge in neuroscience and sexuality, Anel helps her patients understand the connection between mind, body and desire.

Anel approaches sexuality in a natural and open-minded way, with an inclusive approach aimed at all types of people regardless of their age, sexual orientation or any other condition, offering an accessible approach, combining different practices and psychological tools to adapt to each person and/or situation.

Anel Martínez has a solid academic background in neuroscience, sexology and social work. After studying Clinical Social Work at the University of Puerto Rico, she had her first exposure to psychology.

Later she became interested in human sexuality and this led to obtaining a Master's Degree in Sexology at the University of Seville (Spain). She was also fascinated by the connection between the brain and human behavior, so she completed her education with a Master in Neuroscience and Clinical Neuropsychology at the same university, gaining advanced knowledge in cognitive processes and new techniques applied to human psychology.
