Subscription Policy
1. Generalities
Our subscription offers convenience and exclusive benefits to our customers, including special discounts on recurring orders. By subscribing, the user agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
2. How the Subscription Works
The subscription allows users to receive selected products periodically with an exclusive discount.
- Users can manage their subscription by contacting our customer support team.
- There is no mandatory minimum commitment period; the subscription can be canceled at any time according to the cancellation terms outlined in this policy.
- It is possible to modify the products included in the subscription without canceling it.
3. Payment and Billing
- Payments will be automatically charged to the registered payment method on the corresponding date for each subscription cycle.
- It is the user's responsibility to keep their billing information up to date to avoid service interruptions.
- In case of a failed payment, up to three additional attempts will be made within a 7-day period. If the payment is not completed, the subscription may be automatically canceled.
4. Cancellation and Discount Adjustment
- Users can cancel their subscription at any time. However, if the cancellation occurs before completing two shipments, an adjustment will be applied to account for the difference in the discount received.
- If cancellation occurs before the second shipment, the difference between the regular product price and the discounted price applied to the previous orders will be automatically charged.
- The discount adjustment will be handled by our customer support team, who will guide the user through the steps to pay the difference.
- In the case of special promotions, such as a 15% discount for Black Friday and an additional 10% off for the subscription, the amount charged will be the difference compared to the product's price without the subscription, maintaining the price the user originally paid.
- At the time of cancellation, the owed amount will be calculated and automatically charged to the registered payment method.
- If the user has met the required minimum number of shipments, they can cancel without additional charges.
5. Modifications or Pausing the Subscription
- Users can request modifications to the delivery frequency or temporarily pause their subscription by contacting our customer support team.
- No penalties will be applied for pauses within the minimum shipment period, as long as the subscription is not canceled before completing it.
- The subscription can remain paused for a maximum period of 3 consecutive months.
6. Returns and Refunds
- Returns are not accepted for products received through the subscription plan, except in cases of defective products or order errors.
- Refunds will not be issued for payments already processed for active subscription cycles.
7. Modifications to the Subscription Policy
- We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.
- Any changes will be notified to subscribers at least 7 days in advance via email.
- For any inquiries or requests related to the subscription, users can contact our customer support team.
- Modifications will apply to future renewals of the subscription.
