Academic Background

Beaonca’s professional path is deeply informed by her own experiences as a neurodivergent woman navigating high-pressure environments. Her passion for supporting others isn't just academic—it’s personal. She understands firsthand how emotional dysregulation, sensory sensitivities, and social dynamics can impact relationships, careers and self-worth. That understanding has become the foundation of her mission: to help people, especially women and couples, reconnect with themselves and their values in a world that often rewards disconnection.
Her academic journey is just as intentional. Beaonca earned her Bachelor’s degree from Pennsylvania State University, where she custom-designed her own interdisciplinary major combining Human Development and Family Studies, Positive Psychology and Rehabilitation and Human Services. This allowed her to study human flourishing from multiple angles: developmental, clinical and strengths-based.
Her commitment to lifelong learning led her to pursue a Business Certificate from Cornell University, as well as a Coaching Certification from an ICF-accredited program, ensuring that her work aligns with internationally recognized coaching standards. Additionally, she completed graduate-level coursework in Marriage and Family Therapy, giving her a solid foundation in relational systems and therapeutic communication.
This multifaceted background allows Beaonca to bring both breadth and depth to her coaching work. She isn’t simply teaching tools from a textbook… she’s guiding people through deeply transformative inner work using a combination of practical strategies and profound empathy.
Collaboration with MYHIXEL

What sets Beaonca apart is her commitment to integrating evidence-based practices with a deeply client-centered approach. Her coaching draws from a wide array of psychological theories, therapeutic frameworks and ontological coaching methods. She blends the rigor of science with the nuance of lived experience, recognizing that no two people—or brains—are exactly alike.
While she is not currently involved in academic research, her methodologies are firmly rooted in contemporary psychological literature and informed by emerging insights in trauma studies, neurodivergence, somatic awareness, and interpersonal neurobiology. She regularly updates her knowledge through continuing education, trainings, and peer consultation to ensure her clients receive the most relevant and effective support available.
Importantly, Beaonca does not believe in “fixing” people. Instead, she helps them uncover what’s already within: clarity, wisdom, and the capacity for connection. Her work is about empowerment, not prescription.
Other experiences and collaborations
Beaonca’s insights have been featured across various respected platforms including The International Coach Federation, Darling Magazine, Medium, and ARYA. Her writing and speaking often focus on emotional wellness, neurodivergence, communication in relationships, and the unique struggles of high-achieving women navigating internalized perfectionism, burnout, and loneliness.
Through her coaching practice, group programs, and digital resources, she has supported hundreds of clients in transforming the way they relate to themselves and others. Some of the key themes she helps people explore include:
- Emotional regulation for neurodivergent brains
 - Navigating relational dynamics with more ease
 - Shifting perfectionistic thought patterns
 - Rebuilding self-trust after trauma or burnout
 - Developing sexual confidence and body neutrality
 - Setting healthy, sustainable boundaries
 - Enhancing communication in romantic partnerships

Whether someone is feeling stuck in self-doubt, disconnected in their relationship, or simply overwhelmed by the demands of life, Beaonca meets them where they are. With compassion, clarity and actionable tools for growth.

Vision & Mission

At the heart of Beaonca’s work is a simple but powerful belief: We all deserve to feel seen, understood, and supported, especially in our most intimate spaces. For neurodivergent individuals and couples, that kind of support is often hard to find. Beaonca’s mission is to change that.
She envisions a world where emotional sensitivity is celebrated as strength, where communication is grounded in care and curiosity, and where healing is not a destination, but a continual journey of becoming.
