How many stimulation devices are available?
There are currently two versions of the device: MYHIXEL I, the original version, and MYHIXEL II, the more advanced model.
How do the devices work?
You simply insert your penis and masturbate as you normally would, following the program’s instructions. Both MYHIXEL I and MYHIXEL II feature vibration and warming systems that simulate body temperature. They are FDA-approved as Class II medical devices, and clinical studies have shown that using them in sexual therapy significantly improves results.
MYHIXEL I is the original device, while MYHIXEL II is the more advanced version, featuring new functionalities such as motion and speed sensors, Bluetooth connectivity, and enhanced heating and vibration functions.
Is the sensation realistic?
The inner channel is anatomically realistic, so it feels like the real thing. There are some activities in the MYHIXEL Control program that need to be done with the "hands-free" accessory, which you can find on our website. This allows you to attach your device to a smooth surface so you can complete the program hands-free, using pelvic floor movements.
What’s the difference between the MYHIXEL I and MYHIXEL II devices?
MYHIXEL I, the green model, is the original device. It has a warming system, an anatomically realistic interior that simulates penetration, and vibrations designed to help with various sexual conditions.
MYHIXEL II, the blue model, is the upgraded version with additional features like IPX7 water resistance, Bluetooth connectivity, and motion and speed sensors. This enables the app to connect and collect personalized behavioral data for program customization and progress tracking. Plus, its warming and vibration functions have been optimized for an even better experience.
Both devices are fully compatible with all of our programs.
Can I buy the device separately?
Yes, you can purchase any of our devices individually: MYHIXEL I or MYHIXEL II. However, keep in mind that these devices are most effective when used as part of a sexual therapy program with a specialist or by following one of our programs.
Are there any countries where shipping is unavailable or problematic?
We currently ship worldwide, except to Saudi Arabia and Peru. We do not ship to P.O. boxes/APO/FPO addresses.
Are the materials in the devices safe?
Yes, both devices are made from high-quality materials. The sleeve is crafted from premium thermoplastic elastomer (TPE), which has passed reproductive toxicity tests. It's also latex-free to prevent any allergic reactions. The casing is made of ABS with a soft-touch finish, and the middle section is coated with silicone for a more comfortable feel on the skin.
How do I clean the device?
After using the device, remove the sleeve and rinse it under the tap. For a more thorough clean, you can turn it inside out like a sock. Make sure to only use water, no soap or chemicals. Once it's clean, let the sleeve dry completely before putting it back into the casing. The MYHIXEL II device has an IPX7 waterproof rating, allowing it to be washed under running water. In contrast, the MYHIXEL I device does not have this protection, so you must be careful not to get the internal components of the casing wet. We also offer a cleaning spray: MYHIXEL Cleaner.
